William Whinna possesses a wide range of expertise in the leadership and financial management of small to Fortune 500 companies.

Bill is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University and is a CPA who started his career with Arthur Young and Co. in Philadelphia. He has held executive finance positions at several internationally owned companies including Land Resources Corp. of New York, and Stenbeck Reassurance Co. of New York.
