The Golden Triangle is a 61-acre, mixed-use, urban Main Street project currently under development by The Garrett Group, LLC and Domenigoni Barton Properties. Located at the intersection of Interstate 15 and Interstate 215 in the city of Murrieta. The Golden Triangle is situated in the heart of southwest Riverside County, the fastest growing county in California and the second fastest growing county in the nation.
When completed, this project will comprise of approximately1.3 million square feet of retail, restaurant, entertainment and class-A office space, as well as a fitness center and a hotel and conference facilities. Projected to open in the fall of 2009, The Golden Triangle will be developed in phases.
The completed development will feature contemporary architecture combined with inviting public spaces that include rich landscaping, artwork and shaded pedestrian connections creating an exciting and accessible downtown Main Street ambiance unlike any in the Murrieta/Temecula Valley area today. |
