Steve King has an extensive background in real estate operations, with responsibilities ranging from development, construction, leasing, asset management, property management, reporting and financial administration.

His substantial accomplishments include establishing, developing and operating successful West Coast management and leasing organizations for a public REIT (PSB), in joint venture with a major California pension fund (RREEF/CalPERS), and a national insurance firm (USAA).

Steve is responsible for the execution of The Garrett Group's project business plans. As a successful team builder, he oversees all aspects of company activities in conjunction with the Executive Management team.
