Ron is a fourteen year resident of Temecula and brings with him over forty years of experience in both public and private finance having served as the City Manager of five southern California cities including La Mesa, Oceanside, Laguna Hills, Temecula and Murrieta. Ron also served as a Senior Manager for Ernst & Young and Senior Vice President for Temecula Valley Bank’s SBA lending program.

As Temecula City Manager, one of the nation's fastest growing cities, Ron was responsible for structuring many financial deals for the City, including the Promenade Regional Shopping Center with Forest City, the Harveston 550 acre mixed use project with Lennar Homes, several Caltrans highway improvement projects, the annexation of Redhawk and the expansion of several of Temecula's largest employers.

Ron was educated at San Diego University, UCLA Graduate School of Management, and Harvard University.
