Michael Faelin has extensive experience in shopping center development, leasing and investment management. He served as Vice President for Bend Properties where he was responsible for development of four million square feet of retail properties including neighborhood, community, power, strip and regional centers. Michael served as Vice President for The Carlson Company and was responsible for 13 neighborhood centers for the Irvine Company of Newport Beach, California.

As COO of Marlin Pacific Company, Michael operated this regional investment company in Orange County with a portfolio of 4.2 million square feet of retail properties. As Director of Asset Management for Pan Pacific Retail Properties, Michael was responsible for transitioning 40 properties into the Pan Pacific Retail Properties portfolio following acquisition of the Center Trust REIT and was responsible for all development, rehabilitation, leasing and operation of over 6 million square feet of shopping centers in Southern California.

Michael attended the University of Southern California and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Finance.
