The Land and Forward Planning Team is responsible for the planning and processing of entitlements for land holdings.

We applied this philosophy in managing the development of the master planned community of Redhawk in Temecula, and the same care is being applied to other master planned communities in Riverside County - Rancho Bella Vista in Murrieta, Riverpark in Nuevo, Green Valley in Perris, Westgate in Hemet, and Crossroads in Winchester.
