Ken brings with him over 25 years experience in all aspects of real estate development, project and construction management with multi-project and multi-location experience. Additionally, Ken brings over 10 years of international experience.

Most recently as Senior Project Manager for Cornerstone CMS, Ken served as Program Manager and was responsible for forward planning and oversight of the Pechanga Development Corporation’s overall development program for the expansion of the hotel, casino resort operations and related infrastructure. As Project Manager for numerous owners Ken has been involved in various condominium/mixed-use projects in San Diego. Prior to this Ken directed the economic development and real estate development for an almost 15,000-acre new city project in Jakarta, Indonesia and was Director Middle East for AECOM, a leading global professional services and management firm to a broad range of markets.

Kenneth received his Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture, a Masters degree of Landscape Architecture in Land-Use Planning, an International Masters Degree in Business Administration, and holds California Real Estate Broker and General Contractor licenses.
