Garrett Ranch is a 200-acre, mixed-use urban village project located in the city of Hemet, in the heart of Riverside County, the fastest growing county in California and the second fastest growing county in the nation. When completed, Garrett Ranch will feature over 1 million square feet of lifestyle and big box retailers, restaurants, entertainment venues, and office space adjacent to residential neighborhoods with an international atmosphere hinting of Spanish heritage.
In an area rich in agricultural history, Garrett Ranch was originally established in 1960 when founder Paul Garrett moved his family to the City of Hemet. When the project is completed it will be his legacy to the San Jacinto Valley, the community and his family. |
