David Hubbs experience includes managing multiple property portfolios throughout the United States. He was a Principal with PM Realty Advisors where he was responsible for asset management of the firm 21 million square foot commercial and residential assets in 24 states. He also served on the firm Investment Committee and approved $1.1 billion of property acquisitions and $600 million of dispositions.

He was a Managing Director with CRG West, an affiliate of The Carlyle Group. He holds a BS degree in Business/Accounting from the University of Southern California. He also holds a CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and a California real estate license.
