The Community Development Team is responsible for the design, site planning and entitlement of the Garrett Group's long term "master planned" communities.

By working with a team of highly qualified professional land planners, civil engineers, architects and designers, our communities will be planned to address the housing, shopping, educational, employment and social needs of the future.   

 Village concepts are being employed to provide a diversity of housing elements; from multi-family units for young professionals and age restricted or senior assisted living units, to single family attached homes, as well as the traditional single family detached units and estate homes.   The villages also provide for centrally located amenities such as shopping, professional and medical offices, and schools.   All such amenities will be located within walking distance of the housing elements and connected by walking trails and open space/park areas.
