The Garrett Group, developing four unique projects within the Silverhawk area in Murrieta, CA, has been pivotal in the rapid development of the area within the last few years.

Silverhawk Business Park I is a three building office project consisting of two one-story buildings and one two-story building totaling ±63,989 square feet on 4.55 acres. The project was completed in 2006.

Silverhawk Business Park II consists of two flex industrial buildings totaling ±58,172 square fet on ±4.24 acres. This high-image business park was completed in 2007 with flex and showroom uses in mind.

Silverhawk Centre is a two-story office building totaling ±40,000 square feet on ±1.77 acres. This class "A" office building offers a high image corporate atmosphere and spectacular views. Silverhawk Centre was completed in 2008.

Silverhawk Square is a mixed-use project consisting of ±37,027 square foot Flex building, ±11,760 square foot Office building, and a ±9,600 square foot retail building on ±3.95 acres. This project will be the future home of the State of California Superior Court.
